About the Job
Clarvis Legal LLP is looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Litigation Associate to join our growing litigation team.
- Position: Litigation Associate
- PQE: 0–1 Year
Eligibility
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holding a valid Bar License.
- Good drafting and legal research skills.
- Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
- Hands-on experience with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
- Strong courtroom presence and ability to assist in hearings.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and written submissions.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
- Assisting in court appearances and client briefings.
- Managing court filings (both physical and e-filing).
- Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court officials.
