Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years’ post-enrolment experience
- Hands-on trial experience (including witness examination and oral submissions)
- Strong drafting skills (pleadings, applications, written submissions)
- Familiarity with BNS, BNSS, and BSA
- Punctuality and strong professional commitment
Nature of Work
- Criminal defence and enforcement matters (including PMLA)
- Constitutional litigation
- Civil appellate work
- Court appearances and drafting
