Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years’ post-enrolment experience
• Hands-on trial experience (including witness examination and oral submissions)
• Strong drafting skills (pleadings, applications, written submissions)
• Familiarity with BNS, BNSS, and BSA
• Punctuality and strong professional commitment

Nature of Work

• Criminal defence and enforcement matters (including PMLA)
• Constitutional litigation
• Civil appellate work
• Court appearances and drafting
