The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research is a public law school and a National Law University located in Shamirpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is considered as one of the best law schools in the country.

About the Opportunity

Lex Omnia Moot Court Competition 2025 is jointly presented by Waves, the annual cultural fest of BITS Pilani Goa, and the Moot Court Society of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

Lex Omnia is the flagship event of Waves, scheduled from 31st October to 2nd November 2025 at the BITS Pilani, KK Birla Goa Campus.

The competition begins with the Memo Selection Round, after which the top 32 teams advance to the Oral Rounds comprising preliminaries, quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals.

Eligibility

• Open to all bona fide undergraduate law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs.
• Teams may consist of 3 members (2 speakers and 1 researcher).
• Cross-institutional teams are permitted.
• Institutions may send multiple teams.

Registration Fee

• Round 1 (Memorial Submission): ₹2,500 per team.
• Round 2 (Oral Rounds at BITS Goa): ₹14,500 per team (inclusive of accommodation and event passes).

Teams must register via the official registration form (to be circulated by the organisers). The process includes submitting details of the team and payment of the registration fee.
