Founded in 1990, Thakur Educational Trust is one of the oldest operating educational trusts in Mumbai. About the Opportunity
Lex Communique 2025 is the Annual Law Fest of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law aiming to provide a platform for the student community to communicate, deliberate, and intermingle to nurture and showcase their flair and skills.

Theme
- Moot Court Association’s Trial Advocacy: This year’s Trial Advocacy Competition, themed “Innocent Until Proven Guilty”, explores a case that intertwines justice and political power, wherein the participants will navigate witness examinations and uncover evidence.
- Vidhi Chhatra Sansad’s Youth Summit: Youth Summit 2025 uniquely combines the best features of Indian National Youth Parliament Committees with Model United Nations Committees, engaging in discussions to tackle pressing national issues.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution Society’s Client Counselling: The Client Counselling Competition is a simulation of legal consultations, enhancing the skills of the participants in understanding client needs, providing legal advice, and exploring dispute resolution options.
- Policy Presentation: The Policy Presentation on “India 2047: Strategic Policies for a Rising Global Power with Domestic Challenges” offers a unique platform to contribute to India’s future prospective path on key challenges like economic growth, governance, and sustainability.
Eligibility
3-year LLB students and 5-year LLB students, can consider participating in all the aforementioned events. Whereas, Non-Law college students can participate in the Youth Summit and Policy Presentation.
Registration Fee
Trial Advocacy Competition:
- INR 4000/- (Per team)
Youth Summit:
- INR 8400/- (For a College Delegation of 7 members)
- INR Rs. 1500/- (For Individual Delegates)
Client Counselling Competition:
- INR 2000/- (Per team)
- INR 1000/- (For participants registered for Trial Advocacy Competition)
Policy Presentation:
- INR 1200/- (Per team)
- INR 500/- (For participants registered for Lex Youth Summit)
Accommodation Fees: Rs. 2000/- per participant
