About the Job
Trentar is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join their legal team at the Mumbai office. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal affairs within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Eligibility
- Pursuing a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on various legal issues
- Support the legal team in compliance and regulatory matters
- Coordinate with different departments for legal inputs and documentation
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
