About the Job
Doceree is looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join its legal team in Noida. The role involves working on contracts, negotiations, privacy matters, and business-oriented legal requirements while partnering with the business.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 years of in-house/corporate legal experience.
- Experience related to the healthcare industry.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Ability to balance legal risk with business practicality.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
- Candidates must have a notice period of 30 days or less.
