About the Job
Wells Fargo is hiring a Legal Operations Processor – Document Verification for its Hyderabad office. The role involves supporting legal operations by handling subpoenas, levies, and other legal documents while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of Legal Operations support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Responsibilities
- Support operational tasks relating to subpoenas, levies, and other legal documents.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and determine appropriate courses of action based on customer needs.
- Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks.
- Negotiate with external customers to ensure resolutions and deadlines are met.
- Provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists.
- Escalate non-routine queries to the supervisor when required.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
- Interact with internal customers.
- Exercise independent judgement while adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Work Schedule
Flexible to work from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
