Eligibility

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Law/ L.L.B (special) three years of courses/ a bachelor’s degree in Law (integrated) of five years of courses obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956
• Have about three years experience on the post, not below the rank of Legal Assistant Class, III in the subordinate service under the Commissionerate of Food and Drugs Control Administration, Gujarat State; or
• Have about three years experience of representing/ working in the Civil or Criminal side as an Advocate/ Attorneys in the High Court/ District Courts/Subordinate Court/ Tribunal;
• Have about three years of experience in legal matters in the Government / Local Bodies / Government undertaking / Board / Corporation / Limited Companies established under the Companies Act, 2013 or a University on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Legal Assistant, Class III, in the subordinate service, of the Commissionarate of Food and Drugs Control Administration, Gujarat State.
• Possess basic knowledge of computer application
• Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
