About the Job
Saga Legal is looking to hire a mid-level to senior-level associate for its Bangalore office. The initial role may involve secondment with a client in Bangalore itself.
Eligibility
- PQE-: 2-4 years
- Advisory and transactional experience.
- Well-versed with Labour and other Regulatory compliances.
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting of corporate agreements and documents.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical & research skills.
- Leadership and team building attributes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle matters end-to-end.
