Saga Legal is hiring Senior Associates – Corporate to join its Corporate Team in New Delhi.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, with exposure to corporate and commercial transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA, contract law, and the corporate regulatory framework.
- Experience in independently drafting, negotiating, and closing complex corporate transactions.
- Commercial acumen, a proactive approach, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal advice.
- Strong client management, mentoring, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.
- Advising clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Managing transactions from documentation through execution and closing.
- Coordinating with clients, counterparties, and stakeholders to ensure smooth deal completion.
- Managing client relationships and providing practical legal solutions.
- Reviewing the work of junior associates and interns and providing mentorship.
- Monitoring legal developments and contributing to knowledge management and practice development.
