About the Job

Schbang is seeking a Legal Compliance Associate with between 1-3 years of experience in legal frameworks, compliance, and regulatory management. If you are meticulous, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of compliance, this is your opportunity to join the team and help ensure the highest legal standards across the organization.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB Degree completed + Company Secretary (CS) awarded by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in legal compliance/ contract management & Company Secretary Related Work
• Skills: Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills; in-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

You will draft and review contracts, develop and implement compliance policies, and ensure adherence to legal regulations. Managing audits, filings, and licenses, you will identify and mitigate compliance risks, working with leadership to maintain ethical and legal standards. You will also train internal teams and guide them on compliance best practices.
