Position- Legal Associate
The Group is urgently hiring a dedicated and qualified full-time legal professional to join the office in BKC, Bandra Mumbai. The position requires handling various legal tasks related to law, ensuring legal compliance, conveyancing, etc.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM
- Must hold Sanad/ Cleared AIBE
- Candidates residing in Mumbai shall be preferred.
- PQE: 0-3 years
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting legal agreements.
- Researching information, preparing legal documents, and keeping up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Litigation Management including instructing, briefing, and follow-ups with external counsels.
- Reviewing, drafting, and vetting pleadings and other documents before different forums.
- Court Appearances before various forums representing the group companies.
