Eligibility
- Contract lawyer with 0-1 years of PQE in reviewing, vetting, negotiating, and executing various commercial contracts, legal research, and legal compliance. A fair bit of IPR experience would be preferred.
- Litigation lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in managing litigations to achieve timely and favorable outcomes, drafting and responding to legal notices. Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and local bodies to ensure compliance, and obtain licenses and permits.
