About the Job
ALG India Law Offices LLP has two openings for Attorneys.
Eligibility
- Attorneys with 1-2 years law practice PQE, preferably in IP, for joining the firm’s IP practice at the New Delhi office.
- Strong knowledge of trademark and copyright laws and regulations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Law degree from a recognized institution
Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice with respect to the protection and enforcement of IP matters in India.
- Drafting legal notices, replies, and legal submissions for filings at IP offices and courts in India.
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on IP Agreements.
- Conducting hearings before IP offices and courts.
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to trademarks and copyrights.
Salary
Remuneration will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
Location
New Delhi office.
