About the Job

Tripify India is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Forex and Risk Management Specialist to manage our foreign exchange exposure, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in forex and risk management, preferably in a travel or financial services company
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, currency fluctuations, and exchange rates
• Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and provide insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines and other applicable laws
• Professional certification in risk management, such as FRM or PRM, is desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with forex trading platforms and risk management software
• Knowledge of financial markets, including equities, commodities, and derivatives
• Experience in managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor foreign exchange exposure, including currency fluctuations and exchange rates
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk
• Analyze and provide insights on market trends, currency fluctuations, and economic indicators
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines and other applicable laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, including fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes
