Exciting opportunity alert: TEKsystems Global Services in India is looking to hire a Specialist – Legal.
Join their Legal Team at TEKsystems, where you’ll be involved in the end-to-end contract lifecycle for Global Clients, ensuring value maximization. Responsibilities include managing various contracts such as Government and Commercial RFP subcontracts, MSAs, NDAs, and more, all in compliance with company policies and laws. You’ll collaborate closely with TEKsystems’ Senior Operations Managers and sales support teams in the US.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM
- Experience: 0 – 2 years
- Knowledge of commercial contracting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and appreciate diversity.
Responsibilities
- Review and redline contractual documents.
- Maintain contract repositories pre and post-execution.
- Provide contract administration support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for day-to-day delivery.

Work from office (Hyderabad, Telangana)
