Samvad Partners is seeking experienced lawyers to join its Corporate Team in Bengaluru. The role offers an opportunity to work on high-value transactions and advisory mandates in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The firm is looking for candidates with strong experience in corporate transactions, finance, and advisory work.
Eligibility
- 3–6+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong transactional or corporate advisory experience in one or more of the specified practice areas.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and advisory skills.
