About the Job

SAMVĀD Partners is recruiting for their M&A/ PE practice, at their Mumbai office.

Eligibility

LLB (mandatory)
PQE of 5+ years in corporate law
Should have experience in handling due diligence, drafting, and negotiations for M&A and Private Equity.
Law firm work experience (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiations and closings for M&A (domestic and cross-border), Private Equity, Joint Venture, Business Transfer, Divestments, etc.
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
Advising clients on general corporate matters.
