K C Mehta & Co LLP are looking for a candidate with 4-6 years of experience in Direct Tax domain for our headquarters at Vadodara, Gujarat.

Eligibility

This role requires a fantastic grip on technical knowledge and hence, we would expect you to be extremely good with reading and interpretation of Income tax law and other laws.

Also, in case you love to build relationships with clients, this role also provides you independence to interact with clients directly and in the process, help you learn project management and take you one step further towards being a thorough professional.

Responsibilities

Role – Direct Tax Compliances (Income tax Return filing for various taxpayers), Direct Tax Advisory (including drafting of opinions and presentations) on various intricate issues, Cross-border Tax Implications, Expat Tax Compliances and Advisory, Evaluation of DTAA, HNI Taxation, Research on tax laws of overseas jurisdictions, etc. The role may also involve interplay with various other Indian and overseas laws.
