About the Job

IMR Law Offices is hiring a Revenue, Due Diligence & Regulatory Affairs Specialist for its Srinagar office. The role is suited for professionals with practical experience in handling revenue matters, land documentation, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government authorities across Jammu & Kashmir.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the role should have:

• Experience in revenue matters, land records, mutations, building permissions, Change of Land Use (CLU), and related regulatory processes
• Ability to read, interpret, and translate revenue documents and land records
• Experience coordinating with revenue departments, regulatory bodies, and government authorities across Kashmir
• Familiarity with industry licensing, registration, company compliance, and other government-facing procedures
• Their own conveyance and willingness to travel frequently across Kashmir for official coordination
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience

Preference will be given to candidates from Kashmir. Retired revenue, administrative, or government officials with relevant expertise are also encouraged to apply.
