About the Job

Ecom Express Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal in House Counsel to join their in-house legal team in Gurugram. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the logistics or related industries.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, especially with a focus on service agreements.
• Strong understanding of general real estate laws and regulations.
• Experience in conducting proprty due diligence and title search.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, master service agreements (MSAs) etc.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging legal issues impacting the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, conducting property due diligence, and managing other related legal processes.
