Eligibility
- Experience– 1–5 years
- Qualification – LLB / LLM
Responsibilities
- Area of Expertise- PE – VC, Investment Transaction / Securities/ General Corporate
- Drafting/ Reviewing term sheets, share subscriptions, shareholders agreements, convertible notes, convertible and non-convertible debenture agreements, share purchase agreements,s, etc.
- Drafting/ Reviewing of general corporate agreements and policies including partnership agreements, consultant agreements, ESOP, HR Policies, consultant agreements, etc.
- Well-versed with Company Law and Securities Law.
- Compliance requirements in investment transactions along with the issuance of shares as per law.
