About the Job
SpotDraft, are on the lookout for an Associate Counsel who’s ready to wear two impressive hats – in-house counsel for a tech company, and legal tech innovator.
Eligibility
If you’ve got approximately one year of law firm / in-house experience, an appetite for solving complex problems, and get unreasonably excited about the intersection of law and technology, you’d be a great fit!
Responsibilities
As part of their in-house legal team, you’ll dive into contract negotiations, drafting, and review while ensuring compliance across business functions. What’s more: you’ll also be at the frontier of legal technology, collaborating with their team to build and enhance cutting-edge legal tech solutions for their global customers.
