About the Job

Saarlegal is actively looking for curious, like-minded and eager young professionals to join their team and currently have two vacancies for full time roles:

• Legal Trainee
• Associate

Eligibility

• For Legal Trainee: Fresh graduates with a passion for law and a proactive attitude.
• For Associate: 1-2 years of PQE with a keen interest in tech-centric, telecom, and media businesses and a strong understanding of applicable laws in these sectors.

Responisbilities

As a legal trainee, you will:

• Gain diverse experience by handling litigation matters at the Consumer Forum, MSME Forum, High Court, and Civil Courts in Delhi/NCR.
• Engage in content creation, legal research, and drafting of corporate agreements.
• Attend conferences and legal events across Delhi/NCR, expanding your professional network and knowledge.
• Collaborate with our experienced team on various legal assignments and projects.

The associate will be engaged in:

• Handling general corporate advisory, corporate structuring, and providing strategic business-legal guidance to clients.
• Drafting and vetting corporate agreements, complex media and IP licensing arrangements, and ensuring regulatory compliances.
• Liaising with clients, negotiating with counterparties, and managing key relationships.
• Handling commercial litigation matters in Delhi/NCR.
