Qualification: LLB (3/5 years)

Responsibilities

Associate will be required to work in the trade mark and copyright prosecution practice. Responsibilities will include handling of trade mark / copyright searches, application drafting and filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, assignment deeds and related matters.
