About the Internship
V Mart Retail Ltd is looking for a Legal Intern for the Corporate Office in Gurgaon.
Eligibility
LLB graduates or final-year students are eligible.
Responsibilities
- Implementing legal compliance tool w.r.t contract module and litigation module.
- Maintaining, filing and database management of legal cases and lease deeds.
- Draft and vet lease deeds, contracts & Agreements, correspondences
- Research and manage various cases.
Duration of Internship
6 months or as per availability
