Mandatory Requirements

Candidates applying for the role should have:

• LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognised Indian university
• Strong academic foundation in:
  • Contract Law
  • Company Law
  • Banking Law
  • Commercial Laws
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Prior internship experience with:
  • Banks
  • Financial institutions
  • Law firms with BFSI practice
• Familiarity with:
  • RBI regulations
  • Banking Regulation Act, 1949

Skills Required

• Strong legal research skills
• Good drafting and documentation abilities
• Attention to detail
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
