Eligibility

• LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. / LL.M. or pursuing the same.
• Basic knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
• Good legal research and drafting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
• Freshers and law students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research on applicable laws, rules, regulations, and case laws.
• Support drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, letters, and other legal documents.
• Assist in maintaining legal records, contracts, and documentation.
• Support the legal team with compliance-related activities.
• Assist in reviewing business and commercial documents.
• Help prepare legal summaries, notes, and reports.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments for legal and documentation requirements.
• Support other legal and administrative activities as assigned.
