About the Internship
Shaadi.com is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join their Corporate Legal Team. The ideal candidate will be a current law student or recent graduate with a strong interest in corporate law, Consumer Protection Act, TradeMark and Data Privacy and Protection. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate governance, contract management, and compliance matters.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law school.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and analysis related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions.
- Draft and review various agreements, legal notices/replies attending the notices/summons received from various regulatories/law enforcement s.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as record maintenance, trackers update etc.
- Trade Mark watch keeping and identifying potential infringers across all platforms.
