Eligibility
LLB – Freshers
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims
2) Adherence to internal processes and external regulations
3) Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system
4) Appointment of Advocates in discussion with Area Manager
5) Adherence to TAT in obtaining investigation report and filing of reply in a case
6) Adducing evidences in legal claims
7) Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts and closure of cases
