About the Internship
Kyndryl is hiring a Legal Intern Trainee for a full-time, in-person internship. The role provides practical exposure to legal research, document analysis, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration while allowing interns to build professional and technical skills through structured learning, mentorship, and project-based experience.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or an equivalent degree.
- Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution, or recently completed a qualification.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail for legal research and document preparation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to follow structured processes and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools such as spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, or other relevant technologies.
- Willingness to learn new systems and continuously develop professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyse legal documents.
- Contribute to problem-solving by analysing information, identifying risks or patterns, and recommending practical solutions.
- Assist in building, troubleshooting, and validating changes in tools, systems, workflows, scripts, dashboards, or configurations under guidance.
- Collaborate with team members across functions and regions to meet shared objectives and deadlines.
- Communicate work progress effectively, raise blockers when necessary, and incorporate feedback.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and workplace practices while maintaining accountability for assigned work.
- Handle technology and data responsibly while complying with security, confidentiality, and organisational policies.
