M-A-Y-Lawyers LLP, a boutique law firm based in Kanpur, is inviting law students and recent graduates for internship & assessment opportunities in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Corporate Law.

Eligibility
- LL.B. Students → Internship only.
- Final-Year LL.B. Students → Assessment Period leading to a potential job offer.
- Freshers with strong drafting & communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Must be ready to relocate to Kanpur & join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Handle trademark filings, oppositions, renewals & IP proceedings.
- Conduct IP due diligence & assist in portfolio management.
- Draft, review & negotiate Technology Transfer, NDA, JV, Licensing & IP Assignment Agreements.
- Coordinate with clients, associates & authorities.
