About the Internship
SignDesk is looking for law students who are interested in contracts, legal analysis, and compliance work.
Eligibility
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year (5-year course) or 3rd year (3-year course)
- Strong communication and MS Office skills
- Good attention to detail and interest in contracts
Responsibilities
- Review and analyse legal agreements (NDAs, Service Agreements, etc.)
- Extract key legal and financial information
- Work on real projects across different industries
- Learn how to manage and organise contracts using legal tech tools
