Atrangii Tv is hiring a legal executive (Non-Litigation)

Eligibility

• LLB
• LLM (Added Advantage)
• Media & Entertainment Lawyer having requisite experience of Relevant non- litigation background experience
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills and drafting skills.
• They are looking for candidates with a vision of long-term association and possessing at minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with the above-mentioned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of various Agreements including but not limited to Production Services, Licenses, and Acquisitions.
• Vetting/reviewing all forms of Agreements and Contracts.
• Coordinating with Clients.
• Drafting and replying to notices and complaints
• Handling ancillary Non-Litigation work.
