Atrangii Tv is hiring a legal executive (Non-Litigation)
Eligibility
- LLB
- LLM (Added Advantage)
- Media & Entertainment Lawyer having requisite experience of Relevant non- litigation background experience
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills and drafting skills.
- They are looking for candidates with a vision of long-term association and possessing at minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with the above-mentioned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Drafting of various Agreements including but not limited to Production Services, Licenses, and Acquisitions.
- Vetting/reviewing all forms of Agreements and Contracts.
- Coordinating with Clients.
- Drafting and replying to notices and complaints
- Handling ancillary Non-Litigation work.
