About the Job

Alpha Alternatives is looking to onboard a Legal Counsel to join its legal team. The role involves providing legal support on investments and transaction execution, working closely with investment professionals and senior leadership, and handling a broad spectrum of legal matters within an asset management environment.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience with a reputed law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Experience in:
  • Infrastructure M&A
  • General Corporate Advisory
  • Transactional Work
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on investments and transaction execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Advise on infrastructure M&A and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with investment teams, senior management, and external counsel.
• Manage legal aspects of investment and business transactions.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.
• Support ongoing corporate and transactional legal matters across the platform.
