About the Job

• Looking for “Legal Counsel – Associate” with a leading Product Base Company.
• Joining time: 30 – 40 days
• Shift: UK Shift, (Monday to Friday)

Eligibility

• Experience: 3.0 – 5.0 Years
• Education: L.L.B from a highly regarded law school.
• Mandatory Skills: Legal Department, Legal Counsel, Bar Council, Client Facing, Law Practices.
• Ability to evaluate legal risks and offer practical business solutions with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.
• Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks, organize, and coordinate work while showing initiative, independence, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High standards of personal integrity and sound business judgment.
• Ability to successfully collaborate with internal colleagues, effectively utilize external counsel and interact with other third parties at senior levels.
• L.L.B from a highly regarded law school
• 2+ years of work experience in the legal department
• Licensed or qualified to practice law by the Bar Council of India or other authority.
• Strong contract review and drafting experience
• Experience in client-facing roles and working directly with business team members.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
