Eligibility
- LLB degree (mandatory)
- Strong command over the Indian Contract Act
- Ability to take ownership & work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
Responsibilities
- Draft & review MSAs, NDAs, SOWs
- Manage contract lifecycles & renewals
- Handle client/vendor negotiations & stakeholder communication
- Maintain & manage agreement and SOW repositories
- Create summaries via contract abstraction
- Work hands-on with Microsoft Word & Excel for legal documentation
