About the Job
Her client, with a business of global Transportation, Logistics, and supply chain, is looking to hire a Legal Consultant to work on their global legal contracts which would entail procurement agreements, services agreements, sales and distribution agreements, and vendor agreements.
Eligibility
Lawyers throughout the globe or South America/ EU who are fluent in the Spanish language and have post-qualification legal experience of working on global commercial agreements for more than 4 years and up to 8 years will be the best fit for this open role. The role will report to the global legal desk. The requirement of fluency in written and spoken Spanish is Mandatory.
Responsibilities
The work would include drafting and negotiating legal documents in the predominantly Spanish language as well as the English language.
