About the Opportunity
As a Legal & Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for drafting agreements, conducting legal research, and ensuring regulatory compliance, and many other things.
Eligibility
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Education: LLB/CS/Semi Qualified CS
To be considered, you must have proven legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Indian laws.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Associate will be a part of the Media and Entertainment team and will be responsible for assisting with drafting legal documents, attending client meetings, conducting due diligence, legal research and providing general support to senior attorneys.
