About the Job
Adv. Deepesh Shahani is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Litigation for candidates with experience in Criminal, Civil, and Family Law matters before the Bombay High Court.
Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court
Experience in:
- Criminal Law
- Civil Law
- Family Law matters
- Working knowledge of procedures before the Registry and the High Court
- Familiarity with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances
Strong drafting skills, including:
- Petitions
- Applications
- Replies
- Notices
- Written Statements
- Ability to independently research matters and appear confidently before court
- Willingness to associate on a long-term professional basis
