Eligibility

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome!)
• Strong drafting & analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts
• Assist in corporate & investment transactions (PE/VC/startup deals)
• Support real estate transactions
• Conduct research and due diligence
