About the Job

Kontract Genie Legal is hiring a Legal Associate Trainee to support its corporate law, contracts, investments, and real estate practice. The selected candidate will work directly with the firm’s founders on a range of legal matters across multiple industries.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Be law graduates.
• Have 0–1 year of experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Possess strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Assist in corporate and investment transactions, including private equity, venture capital, and startup deals.
• Support real estate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence.
