Eligibility
- Years of experience: 2-5 years
- Minimum qualification: LLB
Responsibilities
The person should be responsible for the following
- Advising and formulating legal strategy for litigation
- Handling court proceedings and appearances before the court, tribunals, et
- Drafting of pleadings, notices etc.
- Attending client meetings
- Briefing external counsel meetings.
- Legal research and knowledge management
