About the Job
TRUE iQPRO LLP is looking to onboard an Associate (Advocate) immediately at their Kolkata office. If you have solid litigation experience and can hit the ground running, they want to hear from you.
Eligibility
- Experience: 3–4 years
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- 3–4 years of active litigation experience
- Strong drafting & communication skills
- Ability to work independently under timelines
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal documents
- Legal research and preparation of briefs
- Appearances and assistance before courts, tribunals & ADR forums
- Handling client matters with a solution-oriented approach
