About the Job

Solace Law Practice is hiring a full-time Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience. The role involves handling title search reports, legal due diligence, legal audits, and document vetting while supporting the firm’s real estate and corporate legal practice.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of property law, contract law, and corporate compliance.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Familiarity with land record systems, ROC searches, and statutory filings.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct title verification and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Review property, corporate, and transactional matters.
• Assist in pre-disbursement audits, verify statutory compliances, and review conditions precedent.
• Examine agreements, deeds, and other legal instruments.
• Analyse land/property records, encumbrance certificates, revenue documents, ROC filings, and litigation searches.
• Prepare legal opinions, notes, and compliance reports.
• Maintain proper records and audit trails.
