Experience Required: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Location: New Delhi

Eligibility

Candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

Hold an LL.B. degree.
Have 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Possess an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Demonstrate exceptional drafting and strong oratory skills for court presentations.
Be proactive team players and quick learners who take ownership of responsibilities.
Maintain strict punctuality and be willing to work long hours to meet court deadlines and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Independent Case Management: Handle legal matters independently from inception to conclusion, including drafting and filing pleadings, applications and writs.
Court Appearances: Represent clients and argue matters before various courts, tribunals and forums.
Specialised Litigation: Manage and lead dispute resolution processes, particularly arbitration matters involving construction, public tenders, real estate and commercial contracts.
