About the Job

The firm is expanding its team and is looking to hire experienced Legal Associates / practicing advocates to work on title search, property registration, mortgage documentation, and legal due diligence matters for banks and NBFCs.

Position

Legal Associate – Property & Banking Law

Eligibility

• Practicing advocates / legal associates with a minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in:
  • Title search and title clearance reports
  • Property and land registration, including sale deeds and mortgage deeds
  • Encumbrance certificates and legal opinions for banks and NBFCs
  • SRO record verification, revenue and mutation entries
• Strong understanding of Gujarat property law, banking documentation, and due diligence procedures
• Detail-oriented candidates who can work independently and manage client or bank deliverables with minimal supervision
