About the Job
RIPL Media is looking for a Regulatory Intelligence Associate to contribute to building its regulatory intelligence and professional upskilling platform. The role involves tracking regulatory developments, preparing legal and regulatory updates, and supporting editorial and knowledge-management initiatives.
Eligibility
- Law graduates or lawyers with 0–6 months of post-qualification experience (PQE) may apply.
- Candidates should have an interest in regulatory, compliance, corporate, finance, or public policy domains.
- Applicants should possess strong reading, analytical, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor updates from key Indian regulators and ministries.
- Track notifications, circulars, consultations, and policy developments.
- Prepare concise case briefs on important orders and judgments from regulators and tribunals such as SEBI, SAT, NCLT, NCLAT, and IBBI.
- Assist in preparing regulatory updates.
- Support the maintenance of the regulatory repository.
- Identify developments relevant to lawyers, company secretaries, chartered accountants, compliance professionals, and finance teams.
- Contribute to editorial and knowledge-management initiatives.
