- Strong analytical and drafting skills

Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting of pleadings, contracts, and opinions
- Assisting in litigation and court appearances
- Handling client communications and advisory work
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents
- Managing case files and deadlines efficiently
