About the Job
NyaayDarshak is hiring a Litigation Associate on a full-time basis for its Delhi practice. The selected candidate will work on litigation involving gender-based violence and related legal issues while representing clients before various judicial forums.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of litigation experience.
- Minimum 1 year of continuous litigation experience involving court work.
- Ability to join on a full-time basis from 01 July 2026.
- Candidates should be based in or willing to work from Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Regular appearances before:
- Trial Courts
- High Courts
- Supreme Court of India
- Draft petitions, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct client consultations and interactions.
- Assist in case preparation and litigation strategy.
- Manage ongoing litigation matters and court-related work.
