About the Job

N & Company Legal is hiring an Associate to strengthen its disputes practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex and strategically significant matters across multiple practice areas while collaborating closely with partners and handling meaningful responsibilities from an early stage.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• A minimum of 1.5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a team.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
• A strong commitment to professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Work on insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
• Assist in matters involving white-collar crime and PMLA defence.
• Handle intellectual property-related disputes.
• Support partners with legal strategy, research, drafting, and court appearances.
