About the Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Mumbai
Eligibility
- A law degree from a reputable university
- At least 6 months of experience as a legal associate or similar role
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to draft legal documents accurately and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload
- Experience with legal compliance is a plus
- Familiarity with Indian laws and regulations is a plus
Responsibilities
The Legal Associate will be responsible for providing legal support and research to attorneys and clients, as well as drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. The Legal Associate will also assist with legal compliance, including ensuring that contracts, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
