About the Job

MCO Legals is hiring Advocates for its Mumbai and Kolkata offices to support its expanding litigation practice. The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in litigation and arbitration who are looking to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Eligibility

• Must be a practising Advocate.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa (for the Mumbai office) or the Bar Council of West Bengal (for the Kolkata office).
• Possess 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of litigation and arbitration.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
